'Welcome to the world my little man,' began the 30 Days of Night actress' caption. 'Love knows no end. A mother of 3 sons. Cannot believe it. My heart is so full.' The baby's name is not yet known. Nor is the identity of the father. The Perth-born star shocked her social media followers in January when she confirmed she was pregnant with her third child.
